Hallie made this for T-giving, but she didn't know the name of it, and she kept calling it "that cranberry business I made."
It was decided at dinner than whenever you referred to it, you had to use a new name. Hence, it became Cranberry Stuff, Cranberry Splendor, Cranberry Bliss, Cranberry Delight, Cranberry Heaven, Cranberry Nirvana, etc. etc.
But I still like Cranberry Business the best. (And it was actually pretty good stuff.)
Grandma made both a cranberry jello salad (a lot like your Cranberry Business but without the mandarin oranges and with celery and walnuts) and cranberry relish (cranberries, orange rind, walnuts, sugar) and I was in heaven and I got to bring some of each home.
New name. Cranberry Doodah.
...all the live long day!
