i'm done the cards and craft insert and i only need to buy 2 gifts and 2 gift cards and then wrap it all and i can say "i'm done!" but then you know, after you think you're done, you invent more stuff to do.

i feel like i am never done till christmas morning.
I sat on the living room floor and wrapped 19 gifts tonight. Except for a couple of things coming via UPS, I am FINISHED with wrapping. And not a moment too soon--I hate freaking wrapping.
I haven't done any baking at all, and probably won't. Hallie came over Sunday and baked three huge batches of cookies and left a nice assortment here. So if I need to come up with goodies for anything, I'll use those. I am still avoiding sugar and flour, so there's not much point in me baking any additional stuff.
I am INSANELY busy this year, and I'm not sure exactly why or how it came to be. Tonight I spent an hour vacuuming and cleaning AFTER wrapping the 19 presents, because I'm having a bridge xmas dinner party here Friday night, and tomorrow I have choir parties for kids all afternoon and rehearsal all evening, so that was the only time I could clean.
Aaarrghhhh. Remind me next year to plan a little better.
