I can't wait to see it. I'm heading to AZ at the end of the month for a friend's b'day and she and I are planning on going. She and I used to have yearly Star Trek weekends where we would hang out, eat junk food and watch Star Trek - the original series - all weekend. I miss those weekends.
Saw it and loved it. The guy playing McCoy was freaking amazing how he got his voice and mannerisms. All of the casting was great except Kirk. The only time you had a hint of Kirk was that very last scene when he does the Kirk swagger.

I am very excited to see it. I am totally a closet trekkie LOL
In a derail, I was looking for something different to cook this evening, and I ran across the old shelf cook book.
I made your Pasta Soup.
I had forgotten this and how tasty it is!
Thanks for the recipe, friend Verbie

Saw it. Enjoyed, but annoyed everyone by constantly noting that the guy playing Kirk looks just like the guy who plays DiNozo (sp?) on NCIS!
