Last night, we had worms for dinner. At least that's what Hallie calls it. We thinly sliced 3 huge, sweet onions, slowly caramelized them in olive oil and butter for about a half hour, and then gave them a good dousing with balsamic vinegar. The results tastes heavenly, but looks surprisingly like a pan of earthworms. Yum.
